Unfortunately, you cannot change your username from your dashboard settings.

However, you can click HERE to submit a request to update or change your username.

Follow these steps:

1. Login to your account using your username and password.
2. Click on My Account in the main menu to access your Dashboard.
3. Under Profile Image, click Select Image button
4. Select the image from your device. (PC/Laptop harddrive, Smartphone/Tablet Images: Recommended Image 500 X 500 PX, jpg or png, less than 250 mb)
5. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

1. Login to your DPGIGS account using your username and password.
2. Click on My Account in the main menu to access your Dashboard.
3. Click on the Settings link.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page to the Password area.
5. Enter your new password. (Recommended: 1 Uppercase, at least 1 number, 1 special character !@#$%&)
6. Enter your current password to confirm your identity.
7. Click on the Save Changes button.

When you are ready to close or delete your account, follow these steps:

1. Login to your account using your username and password.
2. Click on My Account in the main menu to access your Dashboard.
3. Click on the Settings link.
4. Click the Delete Account link (next to the Save Changes button)
5. Confirm your account deletion request.
